Welcome to App41, a video streaming and marketplace platform operated by VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD., a company registered in Cambodia ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of App41, including all features, services, and content provided through the app. By accessing or using App41, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the app.

App41 allows users to upload, watch, like, share, and comment on short videos, as well as buy and sell products in our Marketplace. These Terms apply to all users, including viewers, content creators, and sellers, primarily in Cambodia.

1Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Understanding and Agreement: By creating an account or using App41, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the app.
1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use App41. If you are under 13, you are prohibited from using the app.

2User Responsibilities and Prohibited Content

As a user of App41, you are responsible for the content you upload, share, or interact with. You agree to the following rules:

2.1 Prohibited Content:

• Copyright Infringement: You must not upload, share, or distribute videos or content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrighted material (e.g., music, videos, or images) without proper authorization. App41 is not responsible for any copyright violations committed by users, and the user who uploads such content will be solely liable for any legal consequences.
• Illegal Content: You are strictly prohibited from posting videos or content that violate any local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to laws in Cambodia.
• Pornographic or Obscene Content: You must not post videos or content that are pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise obscene.
• Content Violating Others’ Rights: You must not post videos or content that infringe on the rights of others, including but not limited to privacy, reputation, property, or dignity. This includes content that defames, harasses, or causes harm to others.
• Content Against Public Order: You are prohibited from posting videos or content that disrupt public order, morality, or social harmony, as defined by Cambodian laws and cultural norms.
• Content Against Cultural Norms: You must not post videos or content that violate the good customs, traditions, or cultural values of Cambodia or any other country.
• Content Causing Social or Political Harm: You are strictly prohibited from posting videos or content that mislead, incite, or cause harm to politics, religion, or society, including content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence.

2.2 User Conduct:

• You agree to use App41 in a manner that is lawful, ethical, and respectful to other users.
• You must not engage in any activity that interferes with the operation of the app, such as hacking, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts.

3Marketplace Rules

3.1 Selling and Buying: Users may list, sell, and purchase products on the App41 Marketplace. All transactions are subject to the following rules:

• You must not list or sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your listings are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
• App41 is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist in resolving issues at our discretion.

3.2 Transaction Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for any transactions conducted through the Marketplace, including payment, delivery, and product quality. App41 does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items sold.

4Intellectual Property and Ownership

4.1 User Content: By uploading videos, comments, or other content to App41, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on the app for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your content, subject to this license.
4.2 App41’s Intellectual Property: All app features, designs, logos, and other materials provided by App41 are the intellectual property of VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD.. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without our written permission.

5Enforcement and Termination

5.1 Right to Moderate: App41 reserves the right to review, monitor, and moderate all content uploaded to the app. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or refuse to publish any content that violates these Terms.
• Suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or fail to comply with applicable laws in Cambodia or other jurisdictions.

5.2 Consequences of Violation:

• If you violate these Terms, App41 may permanently suspend your account, and all content associated with your account (including videos, images, text, and Marketplace listings) may be forfeited and become the property of App41.
• App41 is not liable for any loss of data or content resulting from account suspension or termination.

5.3 No Obligation to Notify: We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking action against your account or content.

6Changes to Terms

6.1 Updates: We may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices. Updates will be posted within the app, and your continued use of App41 after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
6.2 No Prior Notice Required: We are not required to notify you in advance of changes to these Terms.

7Disclaimer of Liability

7.1 User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your use of App41 and any content you upload. App41 is not liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your actions, including but not limited to copyright infringement, illegal activity, or harm caused to others.
7.2 Service Availability: App41 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
7.3 Third-Party Content: App41 is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of content posted by users or third parties, including Marketplace listings.

8Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD., its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of App41, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

9Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from your use of App41 will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambodia.
9.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be settled through the courts in Cambodia.

10Termination of Service

10.1 By App41: We may terminate or suspend the app or your access to it at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.
10.2 By You: You may stop using App41 at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the app.

12Additional Provisions

12.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
12.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD. regarding your use of App41.

Updates effective October 18, 2026

These updates add to the terms above. Where they differ, these updates apply.

Your account and sign-in methods

• You can sign in with Telegram, Apple, Google, or your phone number, username or email with a password. You can add or change these in the app under Profile, ⋮ menu, Sign-in methods.
• Each Telegram, Apple or Google account can be linked to only one App41 account.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods and passwords safe. Never share a verification code with anyone.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile, ⋮ menu, Delete account. Our Privacy Policy explains what is removed and what is kept.

No tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users

• App41 has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior, including sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, hate speech, violence, scams and spam. Any of these breaks these Terms.
• You can report any post, comment, profile or chat, and you can block any user. Blocked users disappear from your feed and comments and cannot message you.
• We review reports and remove content that breaks these Terms. We may suspend or remove the account of anyone who posts it.

Stars and in-app purchases

• Stars are a virtual item used inside App41, for example to send gifts during live streams and to promote posts. On iPhone, Stars are bought only through Apple In-App Purchase and payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Stars you buy can only be used inside App41. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account. Stars that have been used are non-refundable.
• Refunds for purchases made on iPhone are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. If Apple refunds a purchase, we may remove the matching Stars from your account.

ធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពចុងក្រោយ៖ ថ្ងៃទី ១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ (បោះពុម្ពលើកដំបូង ថ្ងៃទី ៦ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥)

សូមស្វាគមន៍មកកាន់ App41 ដែលជាវេទិកាស្ទ្រីមវីដេអូ និងទីផ្សារអនឡាញ ដែលប្រតិបត្តិដោយក្រុមហ៊ុន VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD. ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុនចុះបញ្ជីនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ("យើង" "ពួកយើង" ឬ "របស់យើង")។ លក្ខខណ្ឌនៃសេវាកម្មទាំងនេះ ("លក្ខខណ្ឌ") គ្រប់គ្រងការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នក រួមទាំងមុខងារ សេវាកម្ម និងខ្លឹមសារទាំងអស់ដែលផ្តល់ជូនតាមរយៈកម្មវិធី។ ដោយការចូលប្រើ ឬប្រើប្រាស់ App41 អ្នកយល់ព្រមនឹងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចំពោះលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនយល់ព្រមជាមួយលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះទេ អ្នកមិនត្រូវប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីនេះទេ។

App41 អនុញ្ញាតឱ្យអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ផ្ទុកឡើង មើល ចូលចិត្ត ចែករំលែក និងផ្តល់មតិយោបល់លើវីដេអូខ្លីៗ ព្រមទាំងទិញ និងលក់ផលិតផលនៅក្នុងទីផ្សាររបស់យើង។ លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះអនុវត្តចំពោះអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទាំងអស់ រួមទាំងអ្នកមើល អ្នកបង្កើតខ្លឹមសារ និងអ្នកលក់ ជាពិសេសនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

១ការទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌ

១.១ ការយល់ដឹង និងការយល់ព្រម៖ ដោយការបង្កើតគណនី ឬប្រើប្រាស់ App41 អ្នកបញ្ជាក់ថាអ្នកបានអាន យល់ និងយល់ព្រមអនុវត្តតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ព្រមទាំងគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពរបស់យើង។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៨ ឆ្នាំ អ្នកត្រូវទទួលបានការយល់ព្រមពីឪពុកម្តាយ ឬអ្នកអាណាព្យាបាលស្របច្បាប់ដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីនេះ។
១.២ សិទ្ធិសមស្រប៖ អ្នកត្រូវមានអាយុយ៉ាងតិច ១៣ ឆ្នាំដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់ App41។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានអាយុក្រោម ១៣ ឆ្នាំ អ្នកត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់មិនឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីនេះ។

២ទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងខ្លឹមសារដែលត្រូវហាមឃាត់

ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ App41 អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះខ្លឹមសារដែលអ្នកផ្ទុកឡើង ចែករំលែក ឬធ្វើអន្តរកម្មជាមួយ។ អ្នកយល់ព្រមនឹងច្បាប់ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

២.១ ខ្លឹមសារដែលត្រូវហាមឃាត់:

• ការរំលោភលើកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា៖ អ្នកមិនត្រូវផ្ទុកឡើង ចែករំលែក ឬចែកចាយវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើសិទ្ធិកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់អ្នកដទៃ រួមទាំងសម្ភារៈដែលមានកម្មសិទ្ធិ (ឧ. តន្ត្រី វីដេអូ ឬរូបភាព) ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតត្រឹមត្រូវ។ App41 មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការរំលោភលើកម្មសិទ្ធិដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តដោយអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទេ ហើយអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលផ្ទុកខ្លឹមសារបែបនេះនឹងទទួលខុសត្រូវតែម្នាក់ឯងចំពោះផលវិបាកផ្លូវច្បាប់ណាមួយ។
• ខ្លឹមសារខុសច្បាប់៖ អ្នកត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់យ៉ាងតឹងរ៉ឹងមិនឱ្យបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើច្បាប់ក្នុងស្រុក ជាតិ ឬអន្តរជាតិ រួមទាំងប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះច្បាប់នៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
• ខ្លឹមសារអាសអាភាស ឬអនោចន៍ធម៌៖ អ្នកមិនត្រូវបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលជាអាសអាភាស មានលក្ខណៈផ្លូវភេទច្បាស់លាស់ ឬអនោចន៍ធម៌ផ្សេងទៀត។
• ខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើសិទ្ធិអ្នកដទៃ៖ អ្នកមិនត្រូវបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើសិទ្ធិរបស់អ្នកដទៃ រួមទាំងប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះឯកជនភាព កេរ្តិ៍ឈ្មោះ ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ ឬកិត្តិយស។ នេះរួមបញ្ចូលខ្លឹមសារដែលបង្កើតការបញ្ចេញមតិបង្កាច់បង្ខូច យាយី ឬបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់អ្នកដទៃ។
• ខ្លឹមសារប្រឆាំងនឹងសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ៖ អ្នកត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់មិនឱ្យបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលរំខានដល់សណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់សាធារណៈ សីលធម៌ ឬភាពសុខដុមរមនានៃសង្គម ដូចដែលបានកំណត់ដោយច្បាប់ និងបទដ្ឋានវប្បធម៌កម្ពុជា។
• ខ្លឹមសារប្រឆាំងនឹងបទដ្ឋានវប្បធម៌៖ អ្នកមិនត្រូវបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើទំនៀមទម្លាប់ ប្រពៃណី ឬតម្លៃវប្បធម៌ដ៏ល្អរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឬប្រទេសណាមួយផ្សេងទៀត។
• ខ្លឹមសារដែលបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់សង្គម ឬនយោបាយ៖ អ្នកត្រូវបានហាមឃាត់យ៉ាងតឹងរ៉ឹងមិនឱ្យបង្ហោះវីដេអូ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលបំភាន់ ញុះញង់ ឬបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់នយោបាយ សាសនា ឬសង្គម រួមទាំងខ្លឹមសារដែលលើកកម្ពស់ការស្អប់ខ្ពើម ការរើសអើង ឬអំពើហិង្សា។

២.២ ការប្រព្រឹត្តរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់:

• អ្នកយល់ព្រមប្រើប្រាស់ App41 ក្នុងលក្ខណៈដែលស្របច្បាប់ មានសីលធម៌ និងគោរពចំពោះអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ផ្សេងទៀត។
• អ្នកមិនត្រូវចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពណាមួយដែលរំខានដល់ប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់កម្មវិធី ដូចជាការលួចចូល ការចែកចាយមេរោគ ឬការព្យាយាមចូលប្រើគណនីរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ផ្សេងទៀតដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត។

៣ច្បាប់ទីផ្សារ

៣.១ ការលក់ និងការទិញ៖ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់អាចបញ្ជី លក់ និងទិញផលិតផលនៅលើទីផ្សារ App41។ ប្រតិបត្តិការទាំងអស់ត្រូវស្ថិតនៅក្រោមច្បាប់ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

• អ្នកមិនត្រូវបញ្ជី ឬលក់របស់ខុសច្បាប់ របស់ក្លែងក្លាយ ឬរបស់ដែលត្រូវហាមឃាត់។
• អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការធានាថាបញ្ជីរបស់អ្នកមានភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ និងអនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់ដែលអនុវត្ត។
• App41 មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះជម្លោះរវាងអ្នកទិញ និងអ្នកលក់ទេ ប៉ុន្តែអាចជួយដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាតាមការសម្រេចចិត្តរបស់យើង។

៣.២ ទំនួលខុសត្រូវប្រតិបត្តិការ៖ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទទួលខុសត្រូវតែម្នាក់ឯងចំពោះប្រតិបត្តិការណាមួយដែលធ្វើឡើងតាមរយៈទីផ្សារ រួមទាំងការទូទាត់ ការដឹកជញ្ជូន និងគុណភាពផលិតផល។ App41 មិនធានាគុណភាព សុវត្ថិភាព ឬភាពស្របច្បាប់នៃរបស់ដែលបានលក់ទេ។

៤កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា និងកម្មសិទ្ធិ

៤.១ ខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់៖ ដោយការផ្ទុកវីដេអូ មតិយោបល់ ឬខ្លឹមសារផ្សេងទៀតទៅកាន់ App41 អ្នកផ្តល់ឱ្យយើងនូវអាជ្ញាបណ្ណមិនផ្តាច់មុខ ទូទាំងពិភពលោក ឥតគិតថ្លៃរ៉ូយ៉ាល់ធី ដើម្បីប្រើប្រាស់ បង្ហាញ ផលិតឡើងវិញ និងចែកចាយខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នកនៅលើកម្មវិធីសម្រាប់គោលបំណងផ្តល់សេវាកម្មរបស់យើង។ អ្នករក្សាកម្មសិទ្ធិលើខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នក ដោយស្ថិតនៅក្រោមអាជ្ញាបណ្ណនេះ។
៤.២ កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់ App41៖ មុខងារ ការរចនា និមិត្តសញ្ញា និងសម្ភារៈផ្សេងទៀតទាំងអស់ដែលផ្តល់ដោយ App41 គឺជាកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុន VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD. អ្នកមិនត្រូវចម្លង កែប្រែ ឬចែកចាយសម្ភារៈទាំងនេះដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាតជាលាយលក្ខណ៍អក្សរពីយើងទេ។

៥ការអនុវត្ត និងការបញ្ចប់

៥.១ សិទ្ធិក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រង៖ App41 រក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការពិនិត្យ តាមដាន និងគ្រប់គ្រងខ្លឹមសារទាំងអស់ដែលបានផ្ទុកឡើងទៅកាន់កម្មវិធី។ យើងអាច តាមការសម្រេចចិត្តតែមួយគត់របស់យើង និងដោយគ្មានការជូនដំណឹងជាមុន៖

• ដកចេញ ឬបដិសេធមិនបោះពុម្ពខ្លឹមសារណាមួយដែលរំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ។
• ផ្អាក ឬបញ្ចប់គណនីរបស់អ្នក ប្រសិនបើអ្នករំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ចូលរួមក្នុងសកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់ ឬបរាជ័យក្នុងការអនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់ដែលអនុវត្តនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ឬដែនសមត្ថកិច្ចផ្សេងទៀត។

៥.២ ផលវិបាកនៃការរំលោភ:

• ប្រសិនបើអ្នករំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ App41 អាចផ្អាកគណនីរបស់អ្នកជាអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍ ហើយខ្លឹមសារទាំងអស់ដែលទាក់ទងនឹងគណនីរបស់អ្នក (រួមទាំងវីដេអូ រូបភាព អត្ថបទ និងបញ្ជីទីផ្សារ) អាចត្រូវបានរឹបអូស និងក្លាយជាកម្មសិទ្ធិរបស់ App41។
• App41 មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការបាត់បង់ទិន្នន័យ ឬខ្លឹមសារដែលបណ្តាលមកពីការផ្អាក ឬការបញ្ចប់គណនីទេ។

៥.៣ គ្មានកាតព្វកិច្ចជូនដំណឹង៖ យើងមិនមានកាតព្វកិច្ចក្នុងការផ្តល់ការជូនដំណឹងជាមុនមុននឹងចាត់វិធានការប្រឆាំងនឹងគណនី ឬខ្លឹមសាររបស់អ្នកទេ។

៦ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌ

៦.១ ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាព៖ យើងអាចធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះនៅពេលណាមួយ ដើម្បីឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនៅក្នុងសេវាកម្ម តម្រូវការផ្លូវច្បាប់ ឬការអនុវត្តប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់យើង។ ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនឹងត្រូវបានបង្ហោះនៅក្នុងកម្មវិធី ហើយការបន្តប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នកបន្ទាប់ពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទាំងនេះ គឺជាការទទួលយកលក្ខខណ្ឌដែលបានកែសម្រួល។
៦.២ មិនតម្រូវឱ្យជូនដំណឹងជាមុន៖ យើងមិនតម្រូវឱ្យជូនដំណឹងអ្នកជាមុនអំពីការផ្លាស់ប្តូរលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះទេ។

៧ការបដិសេធទំនួលខុសត្រូវ

៧.១ ទំនួលខុសត្រូវរបស់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់៖ អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវតែម្នាក់ឯងចំពោះការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នក និងខ្លឹមសារណាមួយដែលអ្នកផ្ទុកឡើង។ App41 មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការខូចខាត ការបាត់បង់ ឬផលវិបាកផ្លូវច្បាប់ដែលកើតឡើងពីសកម្មភាពរបស់អ្នក រួមទាំងប៉ុន្តែមិនកំណត់ចំពោះការរំលោភលើកម្មសិទ្ធិ សកម្មភាពខុសច្បាប់ ឬការបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ដល់អ្នកដទៃ។
៧.២ ភាពអាចរកបាននៃសេវាកម្ម៖ App41 ត្រូវបានផ្តល់ជូននៅលើមូលដ្ឋាន "ដូចដែលមាន" និង "ដូចដែលអាចរកបាន"។ យើងមិនធានាថាកម្មវិធីនឹងមិនមានការរំខាន គ្មានកំហុស ឬគ្មានមេរោគ ឬសមាសធាតុបង្កគ្រោះថ្នាក់ផ្សេងទៀតទេ។
៧.៣ ខ្លឹមសារភាគីទីបី៖ App41 មិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ភាពស្របច្បាប់ ឬគុណភាពនៃខ្លឹមសារដែលបានបង្ហោះដោយអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ឬភាគីទីបី រួមទាំងបញ្ជីទីផ្សារ។

អ្នកយល់ព្រមទទួលខុសត្រូវសំណង និងការពារក្រុមហ៊ុន VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD. សម្ព័ន្ធភាព បុគ្គលិក និងដៃគូរបស់ខ្លួនពីការទាមទារ ការខូចខាត ឬទំនួលខុសត្រូវណាមួយដែលកើតឡើងពីការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នក ការរំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ឬការរំលោភលើសិទ្ធិភាគីទីបីណាមួយ។

៩ច្បាប់គ្រប់គ្រង និងការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ

៩.១ ច្បាប់គ្រប់គ្រង៖ លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះត្រូវបានគ្រប់គ្រងដោយច្បាប់នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ជម្លោះណាមួយដែលកើតឡើងពីការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នកនឹងស្ថិតនៅក្រោមយុត្តាធិការផ្តាច់មុខរបស់តុលាការនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

៩.២ ការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះ៖ ក្នុងករណីមានជម្លោះ យើងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យអ្នកទាក់ទងមកយើងជាមុនសិន ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយសន្តិវិធី។ ប្រសិនបើជម្លោះមិនអាចដោះស្រាយបានទេ វានឹងត្រូវដោះស្រាយតាមរយៈតុលាការនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។

១០ការបញ្ចប់សេវាកម្ម

១០.១ ដោយ App41៖ យើងអាចបញ្ចប់ ឬផ្អាកកម្មវិធី ឬការចូលប្រើរបស់អ្នកទៅកាន់វានៅពេលណាមួយ ដោយមានឬគ្មានហេតុផល និងដោយគ្មានការជូនដំណឹងជាមុន។

១០.២ ដោយអ្នក៖ អ្នកអាចឈប់ប្រើប្រាស់ App41 នៅពេលណាមួយដោយការលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នក និងលុបកម្មវិធីចេញ។

ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមានសំណួរ កង្វល់ ឬបណ្តឹងអំពីលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ ឬការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នក សូមទាក់ទងមកយើងតាម៖

១២បទប្បញ្ញត្តិបន្ថែម

១២.១ ការបំបែក៖ ប្រសិនបើបទប្បញ្ញត្តិណាមួយនៃលក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះត្រូវបានរកឃើញថាមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ ឬមិនអាចអនុវត្តបាន បទប្បញ្ញត្តិដែលនៅសល់នឹងនៅតែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពពេញលេញ។

១២.២ កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទាំងមូល៖ លក្ខខណ្ឌទាំងនេះ រួមជាមួយគោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពរបស់យើង បង្កើតជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងទាំងមូលរវាងអ្នក និងក្រុមហ៊ុន VAJIRA TRADING CO., LTD. ទាក់ទងនឹងការប្រើប្រាស់ App41 របស់អ្នក។

ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនេះបន្ថែមលើលក្ខខណ្ឌខាងលើ។ ប្រសិនបើមានចំណុចខុសគ្នា ត្រូវអនុវត្តតាមការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពនេះ។

គណនី និងវិធីចូលគណនីរបស់អ្នក

• អ្នកអាចចូលគណនីដោយប្រើ Telegram, Apple, Google ឬលេខទូរស័ព្ទ ឈ្មោះអ្នកប្រើ ឬអ៊ីមែល ជាមួយពាក្យសម្ងាត់។ អ្នកអាចបន្ថែម ឬផ្លាស់ប្តូរវិធីទាំងនេះក្នុងកម្មវិធី នៅប្រវត្តិរូប ម៉ឺនុយ ⋮ វិធីចូលគណនី។
• គណនី Telegram, Apple ឬ Google នីមួយៗ អាចភ្ជាប់ជាមួយគណនី App41 បានតែមួយប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
• អ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវក្នុងការរក្សាវិធីចូលគណនី និងពាក្យសម្ងាត់របស់អ្នកឱ្យមានសុវត្ថិភាព។ កុំចែករំលែកលេខកូដផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ជាមួយអ្នកណាម្នាក់។
• អ្នកអាចលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នកបានគ្រប់ពេលក្នុងកម្មវិធី នៅប្រវត្តិរូប ម៉ឺនុយ ⋮ លុបគណនី។ គោលការណ៍ឯកជនភាពរបស់យើងពន្យល់ពីអ្វីដែលត្រូវលុប និងអ្វីដែលត្រូវរក្សាទុក។

មិនអត់ឱនចំពោះខ្លឹមសារមិនសមរម្យ ឬអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលរំលោភបំពាន

• App41 មិនអត់ឱនទាល់តែសោះចំពោះខ្លឹមសារមិនសមរម្យ និងអាកប្បកិរិយារំលោភបំពាន រួមទាំងខ្លឹមសារផ្លូវភេទ ខ្លឹមសារពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹងអនីតិជន ការយាយី ពាក្យសម្តីញុះញង់ឱ្យស្អប់ អំពើហិង្សា ការបោកប្រាស់ និងសារឥតបានការ។ ការណ៍ទាំងនេះរំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះ។
• អ្នកអាចរាយការណ៍ការបង្ហោះ មតិយោបល់ ប្រវត្តិរូប ឬការជជែកណាមួយ ហើយអ្នកអាចទប់ស្កាត់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ណាម្នាក់បាន។ អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ដែលត្រូវបានទប់ស្កាត់នឹងបាត់ពីផ្ទាំងព័ត៌មាន និងមតិយោបល់របស់អ្នក ហើយមិនអាចផ្ញើសារមកអ្នកបានទេ។
• យើងពិនិត្យការរាយការណ៍ ហើយលុបខ្លឹមសារដែលរំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះ។ យើងអាចផ្អាក ឬលុបគណនីរបស់អ្នកដែលបង្ហោះខ្លឹមសារបែបនេះ។

ផ្កាយ និងការទិញក្នុងកម្មវិធី

• ផ្កាយគឺជារបស់និម្មិតដែលប្រើក្នុង App41 ឧទាហរណ៍ សម្រាប់ផ្ញើអំណោយពេលផ្សាយផ្ទាល់ និងផ្សព្វផ្សាយការបង្ហោះ។ នៅលើ iPhone ផ្កាយអាចទិញបានតែតាមរយៈ Apple In-App Purchase ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ហើយការទូទាត់ត្រូវគិតលើ Apple ID របស់អ្នក។
